Privacy Policy

Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This is a working draft based on what this website actually collects. Before publishing, have it checked against India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) by someone qualified — this text is a starting point, not legal advice.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Indoria Technologies Private Limited ("Indoria," "we," "us"), based in Surajgarh, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through indoriatechnologies.in, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

  • Project enquiries (Contact / Start a Project form): name, company, email, phone, industry, service interest, project description, budget range, timeline.
  • Candidate accounts (Careers & Courses): name, email, phone, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), resume file if you attach one, and LinkedIn/GitHub profile links if you provide them. Applying for a job or enrolling in a course requires creating an account with these details.
  • Site usage data: We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic — this collects data like pages visited, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google's own privacy policy governs how they process this. [CONFIRM — if a cookie consent banner is added later, mention it here too.]

3. Why we collect it

To respond to project enquiries and job applications, to evaluate whether we're a fit for your project, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry, job application, and course profile data (including resumes and any LinkedIn/GitHub links you provide) is retained for up to 24 months from your last activity with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

5. Who can see it

Enquiry and application data is visible to Indoria's admin and editor accounts in our internal systems. We don't share it with third parties except service providers necessary to run this site (e.g. hosting and database providers), who are bound to protect it.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDPA, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these.
